The Wedding Film of Lydia & Daniel at The Titanic Rum Warehouse

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Lydia & Daniel were very fortunate to get married in the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral with it’s incredible stained glass lantern. I loved Lydia’s whole 1920’s look, from the striking red lipstick which perfectly matched her Red Floral Architecture bouquet, to her elegant St Patrick dress. Surprisingly for mid-October the weather was unseasonably warm and it felt more like the middle of summer. The speeches were a big part of the day and Lydia also gave a speech, an as an actress she gave an amazing performance. Their perfect day was capped off with a surprise fireworks display overlooking the docks, but my favourite part was the beautiful footage we captured of them at the sunset.

We really hope you enjoy Lydia & Daniel’s wedding film highlights trailer at The Titanic Rum Warehouse.

The Wedding Film of Alexandra & Andrew at Nunsmere Hall

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Alexandra & Andrew or Ally & Faz as they are known to their friends, met at University and have been together for 10 years and chose the fabulous setting of Nunsmere Hall for their wedding reception. Faz joked that Ally couldn’t decide which colour to choose for their wedding so she choose them all, but the multi vibrant coloured floral displays from Living Colour Floral Design looked stunning. The day started with the most horrendous rain, but lucky stopped as the guests arrived at the church, which meant once we arrived at Nunsmere Hall we could go down to the lakeside and get some beautiful couples footage. Their close group of Uni friends and Lacrosse team mates made up their bridal party and made for a fun day and interesting bridal party photos. My favourite part of the day has to be when Faz prematurely declared ‘I will’ during the ceremony, everyone found it hilarious!

We really hope you enjoy Alexandra & Andrew’s wedding film highlights trailer at Nunsmere Hall.

Last Saturday we were invited to an incredible jungle themed private party at Owen House Wedding Barn dressed and thrown by the insanely talented Red Floral Architecture to celebrate the arrival of his nephew Parkey. As we were invited as guests, one of Tony’s friends stepped in to film the event for us (obviously Tony couldn’t help but do some filming himself as well, when he wasn’t messing around with a tiger mask on!) and then Tony edited this short highlights trailer together. The Wedding Film of Michelle & Tom’s at Peckforton Castle

Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Peckforton Castle is an amazing venue no matter what time of the year, but I think it is especially suited to winter weddings. Michelle & Tom have been together for 11 years and chose the Castle for their intimate family orientated wedding. Michelle had not one but two stunning dresses, the first a beautifully detailed Donna Lee Brides dress from Opulence Bridalwear and the second a shimmering figure hugging Sherri Hill dress from Dress 2 Party. My favourite part of the day apart from the beautiful lighting for their first dance, was how emotional Tom was during the ceremony, he was so choked up he could hardly get his words out, it was so moving!

Au revoir 2017, bonjour 2018!!!

Filed under the category : News

Seriously where did 2017 go? I guess that’s what happens when you are having fun!

We started the year on the 2nd January with Louise & Stephen’s beautiful wedding at Peckforton Castle. It was a pleasure to be back at lots of our favourite venues in 2017, but we also filmed weddings at lots of venues new to us too, including; The BelsfieldThe FallsSilverholme ManorCombermere Abbey and Tyn Dwr Hall and we ended the year at another new venue to us; The Titanic Rum Warehouse in Liverpool for Lydia & Daniel’s stunning 1920′s inspired wedding.

Once again we are very fortunate to already be nearly fully booked for 2018, have several dates booked for 2019 and even one date booked for 2020 too. With fab weddings booked in at our most popular venues like Peckforton CastleColshaw HallKnowsley Hall and Nunsmere Hall, but we are looking forward to filming at new venues for us in 2018, including; Rivington Barn, Delamere Manor, The Inn on the Lake and The Wild Boar. We have been so lucky to film so many amazing weddings in the past 12 months, some that stand out are the wedding of Jojo & Nick, at Nicks ancestral home Capesthorne Hall, Roxanne & Luke‘s Disney Princess themed wedding at The Falls, Nikki & Bill‘s ski themed wedding at their home The Willows, Shannon & Natalie‘s Ibiza party style wedding at Peckforton Castle, Lynsey & Danny‘s tipi wedding that very nearly happened due to terrible weather and last but not least, our biggest wedding of the year; Cara & Ben‘s incredible marquee wedding in the grounds of their fabulous home Croes Howell Hall.

This year we did several creative shoots with the brilliant; Little White BooksRed Floral Architecture, Eleventh Heaven by Ann McKavney, Flossy & Leigh Makeup Artist Company, Suzanne Thorp at The FrosteryKnutsford Bridal GalleryAngel Couture by Kay HeeleyWhitehouse Event Crockery, iCatching Events, Jeff Langhorne Photography and Teresa C Photography at Ashfield HouseStanley House Hotel & Spa and Merrydale Manor. This bunch of immensely talented wedding suppliers, who are not only our colleagues, but now our friends too, are already planning new creative shoots for the coming months, which I’m sure will be even bigger and better than before.

Last year we also introduced our new deluxe Jorgensen Albums USB stick presentation cases, which have been a big hit with our couples. We are always looking at ways to improve and invest in kit. We have recently purchased a drone and Tony is currently working towards gaining his drone pilot licence and we will be fully insured and ready to bring a new dimension to our wedding films.

The Wedding Film of Yvonne & Martin at Mitton Hall

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

We filmed Yvonne’s sister; Iza’s wedding to Jonny back in 2012 at the same Church and venue; St Peter’s Stonyhurst and Mitton Hall, so it was really lovely to be back there with them and their families. Yvonne’s family are quite rightly very proud of their Polish heritage and they incorporated many of the traditions into the day including a cherry Vodka toast during the speeches. The favours were Martin’s award winning cupcakes as judged by Mary Berry. The weather sadly wasn’t great, but no one let that put a dampener on the day and Yvonne & Martin embraced it and we shot the couple photos by the waterfall in the grounds of Mitton Hall with umbrellas. It was such a good day, it’s always extra special to film multiple weddings for the same family!

We really hope you enjoy Yvonne & Martin’s wedding film highlights trailer at Mitton Hall.

The Wedding Film of Cara & Ben at Croes Howell Hall

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Cara & Ben chose to have their wedding reception in the palatial grounds of their fabulous home; Croes Howell Hall, with a huge marquee from Mahood Marquees and two tipis from Big Chief Tipis, one for Alfie their son and the other children and the other for the photo booth. It was an incredible day filled with so many amazing suppliers all expertly planned by Fabulous TogetherRed Floral Architecture created the most fantastic enchanted forest displays, with a navy & rose gold colour theme including little hidden rose gold Rhino figures to match the ones that stand guard outside the Hall. There was so much to keep the guests entertained from the surprise aerial display by Mark Jefferies Air Displays to the biggest firework display I have ever seen in the evening by Lightech. There were so many brilliant moments it is so hard to pick a favourite, from the cocktail hour, to the performance by Madhen, but I would probably have to say it was the time we spent with Samantha Ward Photography at the National Trust Property Erddig Hall shooting the couples photos. The Hall and the grounds are spectacular and we could have spent all day there, but as you will see from their highlights trailer they had lots to get back to!

The Wedding Film of Lauren & Richard at Peckforton Castle

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

We haven’t had that many sunny days this summer, but the weather was glorious for the last Bank holiday Monday of the summer for Lauren & Richard’s wedding at Peckforton CastleRed Floral Architecture produced elegantly simple floral displays of Calla Lilies, which perfectly suited the feel of the wedding. Lauren’s Dad surprised her during the speeches with a Leprechaun who presented her with a gift which she found hilarious, but my favourite part of the day was the footage we got of the just pair of them in the dappled light on the moat house bridge.

We really hope you enjoy Lauren & Richard’s wedding film highlights trailer at Peckforton Castle.
