The Wedding Film of Danielle & Rory at Colshaw Hall

Danielle chose a spectacular show stopping Galia Lahav dress for her wedding to Rory at Colshaw Hall. The weather is unfortunately the one thing you can’t control or plan for your wedding, but Danielle & Rory were very fortunate that the rain held off until the exact moment they went into the wedding breakfast when it no longer mattered. My favourite part of the day was Rory’s speech, especially the very emotional part where he talked about his bond with his stepson Logan, so sweet!

We really hope you enjoy Danielle & Rory’s wedding film highlights trailer at Colshaw Hall.

The Wedding Film of Lauren & Matthew at Silverholme Manor

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Lauren & Matthew wanted to get married in St Peter’s Church which you can see from Lauren’s parent’s house and where their little boy Harry was christened and they also love the Lake District. As they are the co-owners, with Matt’s brother, of Heritage Inns; a group of gastro pubs and restaurants across Lancashire and Greater Manchester they decided to cater the wedding themselves. They chose the idyllic Silverholme Manor on the shore of Lake Windermere with stunning views over the Lake for the location of their wedding, planned by Qube Events. Lauren & Matthew had a large bridal party, the bridesmaids all wore white Maids to Measure dresses and the boys wore black tie. It was a beautifully elegant day and as always Six15 Events got the party started in the evening, but my favourite part of the day was the gorgeous couples footage we captured overlooking Lake Windermere.

We really hope you enjoy Lauren & Matthew’s wedding film highlights trailer at Silverholme Manor.

The Wedding Film of Kelly & James at Peckforton Castle

Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Kelly & James met and fell in love at James’ family jewellery business; Hugh Rice. As you can imagine with both of them working in the business, jewellery played a big part in the day. From Kelly’s amazing diamond drop earrings and huge pear shaped diamond engagement ring, to the diamond Tennis bracelet that James surprised her with on the morning of their Peckforton Castle wedding. Not to be left out Kelly bought James a limited edition Oris watch that he had his eye on months ago and reserved for himself, but with a little help from his Best man and cousin, who also works for the family business, they told James he had accidently sold it to another customer! It was a fabulous day filled with so much laughter; Sense of Sound Wedding Singers provided the entertainment for the drinks reception, seamlessly blending gospel songs with RNB classics and current hits. It was great to shoot alongside Jonny Draper Photography once again and the day with him wouldn’t be the same without out one of his signature smoke bombs. The gorgeous couple shots with the smoke bombs is my favourite part of the day!

We really hope you enjoy Kelly & James’ wedding film highlights trailer at Peckforton Castle.

We have been very fortunate this year to film numerous stunning weddings at Peckforton Castle, for Sophie & Joshua’s wedding we had the pleasure of filming alongside Hayley Baxter Photography. Sophie wore a gorgeous bespoke Blackburn Bridal Couture wedding dress. Sometimes one of our brides will change into a second dress, but this time the groom changed his top hat and tails for a white tuxedo. It was a beautiful day topped off with sparklers under the moat house!

The Wedding Film of Nikki & Bill at The Willows

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

We don’t often take weddings outside of the North West, but for Nikki & Bill’s ski themed wedding in the grounds of their beautiful home, we travelled up to Hull. Nikki was a professional dancer, but in Bill’s own words; he can’t dance, so for their first dance they did a mash up of songs with iconic dance moves, which was so much fun. It was a day filled with laughter, so many funny moments from the surprise singing waiter’s performance, to the surprise parody song from Bill’s Nieces of The Beatles ‘When I’m 64’, changing the words to tell the story of Nikki & Bill’s long courtship, but my favourite part was Bill’s very witty speech. He has such a wonderfully dark sense of humour and delivery, which had every one in fits of laughter!

We really hope you enjoy Nikki & Bill’s wedding film highlights trailer in a marquee at their home The Willows.

The Wedding Film of Kimberley & Craig at Peckforton Castle

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Kimberley & Craig’s Peckforton Castle wedding was a very emotional day, in part due to the fact that Kim’s little boy very sadly wasn’t there. There were lots of little touches throughout the wedding in his memory and a special reading and dove release dedicated to him too. Kim had not one but two fantastic dresses; a Maggie Sottero dress for the day and a Ronald Joyce dress for the evening, both from Blush Boutique. Red Floral Architecture created a stunning aisle centre piece corridor for their black and white Chanel inspired theme. Six15 Events transformed the Great Hall into a nightclub and the cool Castle shaped vodka ice luge by Glacial Art and Dax on Sax got the party started, which I think was my favourite part of the day.

The Wedding film of Charlotte & Jamie at Thornton Manor and Thornton Manor Lakeside Marquee

If I had to describe the atmosphere of Charlotte & Jamie’s wedding in one word; it would be PARTY in capital letters! It was an epic day with not one but two stunning venues; Thornton Manor and Thornton Manor Lakeside Marquee, all expertly organised by the lovely Helen Eriksen Wedding & Event Design and styled by the amazing Red Floral Architecture. The day started with Charlotte receiving a car as a wedding gift from Jamie. Drinking was a major part of the day from the Fizz & Flute Prosecco Van during the drinks reception, the syringe shot wedding favours, to the dancing girls walking around with flaming bottles of Champagne, Vodka and Jagermeister. My favourite part of the day was when we moved by golf buggies from the Manor house to the Lakeside Marquee which had been transformed into a Gatsby inspired night club, so much fun!

The Wedding Film of Wendy & Ben at Peckforton Castle

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

There isn’t anywhere quite like Peckforton Castle; we regularly film couples getting married who aren’t from the area, so although Wendy & Ben live in London they chose the Castle to say I do.  Some aspects of the day didn’t quite go to plan; Ben’s friend drove them to the Castle in his vintage Rolls Royce, which unfortunately broke down outside on the Moat Bridge. Also Wendy’s Dad sadly was too ill to travel from the Isle of Man for the wedding, but Wendy’s Brother and her adorable niece stepped in to walk her down the aisle and her Dad got to watch everything via FaceTime. On the other hand they were very lucky to have the best weather we have had all year and it was a glorious day with beautiful light in the evening and that footage is my favourite part of their day!

The Wedding Film of Leanne & Dan at Peckforton Castle

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

Peckforton Castle is fast becoming like our second home this year and there is no one we love working there with more than Red Floral Architecture. Leanne & Dan’s wedding flowers were simply stunning. Leanne was lucky enough to have not one but two wedding dresses; a fabulous Ian Stuart dress from The Bridal Collection Harrogate for the day and sleek intricately detailed Justin Alexander Signature Collection dress from Scarlet Poppy Bridal Boutique for the evening reception. There were so many amazing moments from the day including a special message from Leanne’s idol Craig David, but my favourite part was the hilarious speech from their daughter Olivia, who took the micky not only out of her parents but the best man too!

We really hope you enjoy Leanne & Dan’s wedding film highlights trailer at Peckforton Castle.

The Wedding Film of Cerys & Ste at Knowsley Hall

Posted By: Sara
Filed under the category : Highlights Trailers

It was great to be back at the magnificent Knowsley Hall for Cerys & Ste’s wedding, especially with our friends Red Floral Architecture, Jeff Langhorne Photograph and Suzanne Harvey Bespoke Cakes. The weather wasn’t too kind during the day, but it certainly made up for it in the evening with a glorious sunset, which we always seem to get at Knowsley Hall. The day was so much fun, I loved the surprise illustration that Ste got Cerys, but my favourite part of the day was when Cerys & Ste invited Ste’s daughter Phoebe onto the dancefloor to join them for their first dance, Phoebe was in tears. It was a really touching moment!
